The primary governing document for CAMVAP arbitrations and outlines the arbitrator's powers during a CAMVAP arbitration.

 The CAMVAP Agreement for Arbitration dated April 11, 2022 will take effect for cases where the initial application is received on the Claims Management System on or after 12:01 am EST on April 11, 2022. The CAMVAP Agreement for Arbitration dated June 28, 2021 remains in effect for cases where the initial application is received on the Claims Management System before 12:01 am EST on April 11, 2022. Please read a summary of the changes that will take effect on April 11, 2022 here
