CAMVAP Consumer Qualification

Your dispute must either be about manufacturing defects or where you feel the manufacturer is not honouring the new vehicle warranty.

Step One

You will need the following information about your vehicle to complete the CAMVAP Process:

a. The current odometer reading

b. The Vehicle Identification Number or VIN (found on the vehicle ownership)

c. Vehicle make and model year, and

d. You must have a file number and/or the name of the contact person you spoke with at the manufacturer when you were trying to resolve the problem(s) with your vehicle.

The CAMVAP Consumer Qualification Worksheet requires Internet Explorer 4.x or better. Netscape, Netscape Communicator, and other browser software is not supported. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recommend upgrading to MS Internet Explorer.
